The Payment ID: 45959148 is not yet sorted though i have submitted all the necessary details such as bank statement and credit card statement. Issue: on the 12th Jun i made a transaction for an amount of INR 703 for a service from Dominos (order #141) but later got a message saying the transaction failed, immediately i paid the money from my Citi credit card for order # 169 for which i have received the service. However the 1st payment has been debited from my HDFC account. When consulted with PayuMoney team, they said to wait for about 5 working days the bank will reimburse, which did not happen. When contacted the bank they said the transaction was successful and the money is been debited and have sent a message(attached). I sent an email on the 16th Jun to Payumoney, they said the issue is been noted and they will do the needful(ticket #526898.) Someone called me and said they don't have my transaction details and transferred the call to Aparna with whom i explained the situation. She said it will be rectified. On the 25th Jun i sent the bank and credit card statement details along with the response from my bank confirming the transaction. Today I got a call from Naveen (who was kind enough on the call) saying the same old thing that they don't have details, for which i did explain saying that i have submitted all the necessary details in regards to the same by email. Will you be kind enough to check with the above and let me know how i should proceed with this. FYI: I have been taking Dominos service for almost 4 to 5 years and never faced any issues. It may sound for you like a small amount, however it really matters for people like me. Payumoney — Redbus refund not credited to bank

--received this msg on may 5th, but still the amount not refunded to Bank.
Please escalate this to higher level and process immediately... !

I R.C.Renukaswamy tried through vnet banking four times to pay my son school fee of swaminarayan Gurukul school but not succeed.

    Payumoney totally fraud company they charged more than 1 % as extra convenient charges without alert recently. We had to pay college fee online. College fee portal directed us to use payumoney then payumoney asked our credit card detail we punched our details we shocked we see payumoney charged more than 1% of college fee as extra convenient fees. Completely fraud when we have to use our credit card then what is the use of payumoney. We indian are totally depend up on God he only save us. No Consumer Forum or Indian Government can control these kind of cheap method to loot indian citizens.

    100% Correct same incident happened with us Rs:25446=00 PayuMoney charged Rs:290=08 in spite of our usage of credit card. We dont who is going to control.? Coming year this scam will also tagged in the name of any minister. but we will not get refund our money So Friends always eyes open when you pay online. Try to avoid PayuMoney, Paytm third party source.

              PayUmoney.com (PayU Payments Pvt. I working in this company since last 1 year and I know in details how they are first trapping the clients and then they blackmail the clients. Initially they release money in time to win the trust of the client and once the client’s business is dependent on using their payment gateway they start blackmailing them by stopping release of their money on trivial, cooked and mischievous grounds with intention to harass and blackmail the client. Their company culture is totally based on fraud. They are doing fraud with clients and employees also. There is no work ethics in the company. Nitin Gupta treats the staffs as slave. They are worst employer in the world and suck the blood of employees. There is no fixed date of salary and deduct the hard earned money of staffs on funny pretexts. There is no HR policy and HR Admin in-charge is relatives of the Director. This is why nobody wants to work in this company and there is very high rate of attrition. Average duration of employees working in this company, very from 3 to 6 months.                     I had around Rs. 5000 in my account but suddenly one fine day they first blocked my account. When inquired about my blocked account they reset the password and informed that password. But to my surprise all the money that I had in my account is gone and there was no trace of that. I have asking them about the same from around 4 months but no reply. Please help me in getting my money back.

                      Dear sir / madam, yesterday on dated 6 / 7 / 2015 at 10. 45 i mailed complaint about spice mobile, after register a complaint at spice website consumercomplaints. In> immediately after a minute i received a call from[protected] name as mohan. He told me that i am calling from spice customer care that your mobile is damage so that we are reverting your money as per bill amount and ask all my bank detail. First i was shocked that how can company immediately taking such nice step, i first oppose him to give any information about bank detail but after he give me complaint no. , model no, and request me to take back my complaint against spice mobile. I had given orally all detail but i found after deducting 2500 my money by payu money gurgaon - pos 7007469, tranction no[protected], he asked my otp no, and again he told that your otp expired so please give again second time, he again did same process and further deduct 2500 my money by payu money gurgaon - pos 7007469, tranction no[protected]. As sbi sms received little late so i come to know very late.
                      Now my humble request is please do the needful help in getting back my deducted money and address. Of buyer

                        yesterday, i was filling the form of HLLCARE LTD. The medium of money transaction was given through pay u money mode.. IT is a fraud site.. I m damn sure..After the payment, they immediately debited my rs514 from my account of BANK OF INDIA.. BUT they didnot pay the amount to the form..They are promising for refund..but the refund is not done till yet.

                              I am the owner of a small startup gift card website and I chose PayUMoney as the payment gateway. We have made several transactions and many buyers have been happy with our service. Recently I made a transaction of Rs 20, 000 with a buyer and paid as usual using Payumoney gateway. The buyer also confirmed that he had received the item which were some game codes delivered to his email. Now PayUMoney has kept my 20, 000 Rs and are not releasing the payment saying the buyer has charged for a cash back with his bank and they want proof of the transaction. I have submitted all the proof to PayUMoney and its been 20 days and still no response from their side. Just because some fraud buyer is playing some game here doesn't mean you can steal our money right away. It is very disappointing, since I had to take down my website because of you not settling my amount since we are a startup and we rely on this amount to get new products. So I request any startups or people reading this, who want to have PayUMoney as their payment gateway STAY AWAY! from these people. You never know what will be your fate in a few days if a same case like me follows you. These people won't come to your rescue nor you can do anything. I am still waiting for money and I hope I get it. If not I will fight for it no matter what.

                                In my payUmoney wallet balance was Rs1100. Today I request PayUmoney to transfer the whole amount of Rs1100 to my SB a/c no [protected] in SBBJ Chitrakoot branch, Jaipur through NEFT. Now my payUmoney wallet shows balance Rs 0. But amount yet not transferred and credited to my a/c.
