First of all whenever I see Payu as payment gateway, it gives the confidence that Payu has done prior due diligence about the merchant and does not support any banned or restricted business.
But this is the case where the

Dear PayU Team,
I received a refund email from AirIndia Express for the amount of INR 33477.62+ INR 7500.00 + INR 4050.00 + INR 4581.82 ON 18 JAN 2022 AS PER PAY U TRANS. ID [protected] + [protected]+ '[protected] + [protected] (CH) respectively.

From which I received INR 33477.62 and INR 4581.82 on 20th of Jan.

But I did not receive the amount INR 7500.00 + INR 4050.00.

Kindly please check the transaction status for these amounts with the above transaction ID's and refund the remaining amount urgently.

But this is the case where the Payu payment gateway was used collect the payment against two restricted categories the merchant belongs to i.e. Get Rich Businesses and Cryptocurrency mining.
I have all the payment and merchant service contract available with me as evidence which I'm going to attach here.
There was a Crypto mining app named "ArgoPro" on google playstore, which used to collect the payment through Payu via different merchants named below:

Few days back(18Jan22) the application stopped working and the owners are not traceable now. I am attaching the all the transaction confirmation emails which is over 11Lac of amount payed to the merchant and no service delivered.

Although the police complaint has already been filed. I request Payu to help recover the money, as Payu is the only link available between me and the merchant. Please make a note that merchant is involved in the restricted categories as per Payu website, and this has lead to a breach of trust with payu.

I have been a victim of a fraud by a merchant through pay u. Merchant disappeared after taking the money and since then I have been trying to approach payu but no one has replied since September last year.

I have made two payments to a merchant Peeperly.com online on 1st Jan 2022. The first payment was made through PayU and was unsuccessful and hence I made a 2nd payment through CC Avenue which was successful. But when I checked my bank account, both the money were deducted from my account. I raised a ticket with the merchant and they contacted PayU for a chargeback request. PayU confirmed a chargeback request was raised on 17th Jan 2022. But I have not received anything yet. I contacted my bank and they clearly stated that since we are the beneficiary bank, we do not have anyway to track the money until it is credited on your account. It is the sole responsibility of the paying bank to check the chargeback status. I then got in touch with PayU but I am getting no response. The amount was Rs. 4497 made on 1st Jan. Transaction ID was [protected] . Please help. I have attached the transaction details from the merchant and my bank statement as proof below.

The payment is successful but the product has not been delivered. Also no contact details available for the seller except the name (i.e. hadiya rekhaben b).

I have placed order from woolens.com on 8th January 2022 . I received transaction id [protected] and is said order is placed to YOGENDRA SINGH. I have not been given any further details.. Please refund my money..
