I have been a victim of a fraud by a merchant through pay u. Merchant disappeared after taking the money and since then I have been trying to approach payu but no one has replied since September last year....

I have made two payments to a merchant Peeperly.com online on 1st Jan 2022. The first payment was made through PayU and was unsuccessful and hence I made a 2nd payment through CC Avenue which was successful. But when I checked my bank account, both the money were deducted from my account. I raised a ticket with the merchant and they contacted PayU for a chargeback request. PayU confirmed a chargeback request was raised on 17th Jan 2022. But...

The payment is successful but the product has not been delivered. Also no contact details available for the seller except the name (i.e. hadiya rekhaben b)....

I purchased items worth ₹15, 106/- on 4th Jan, 2022 from www.allureherbal.com with the order id: #[protected]. The money got deducted from my account but the order was not placed.
I also contacted with the Allureherbal owner and she said she didn’t received the amount in her bank account.
I also contacted PayU India and they shared me

PayuMoney is a fraud company, I have a merchant account on payu, where around 11000/- around amount on their portal which they are not settling from last 10 months. And i had locked various tickets on their portal but no one is responding till yet. I want everyone to aware about this fraud portal and never integrate any of your website with them to receive online payment. and I’m still fighting with them and i will till then i will get...

We have done 199 amount done successfully with reference id [protected] on 31 Dec 2021 by PAYU PAYMENTS PVT LTD 10, GURGAON IN for order purchase from zumkashop.myshopify.com but order didn't receive yet so kindly coordinate with zumkashop and provide the order tracking number with courier service name otherwise refund my amount.
If zumkashop.myshopify.com is fake so why you are taking amount for this website....
