                  The same day I got mail saying that my transaction was successful..but didn't get paid mail from hilaptop.com..wen I contacted hilaptop.com they said that amt has not been received from pay u money and they told me to contact pay u n they gave one no...wen I contacted pay u they said that my money ll be transferred to hilaptop within two days..but till now my money is not been transferred n wen I call that no it's being busy...n not reachable.. kindly help me in this covid time it's been difficult for me to earn money..I m request ing you kindly transfer my money to my account..pls ..pls..r otherwise I have to complaint to cyber crime police...

                          I had undergone online fraud of Rs.110050 today on 3rd August 2021 approximately 5pm in the evening.

                                Hi, we are really sorry about this and totally understand your concern over here. We'd suggest you to raise this immediately to the Cyber Cell office and they shall assist you further.

                                Please note, that all transactions processed through PayU payment gateway are processed with a Two-factor authentication mechanism. All the transaction/s are processed only after the 2nd-factor confirmation like OTP/PIN/Online password from the customer’s end. Also, there is very less probability of stopping/reversing such transactions. Never share your card number, CVV, PIN, OTP, Internet Banking User ID & Password and UPI details with anyone via any means. Sharing these details can lead to unauthorized access to your account and PayU will not be liable for any loss arising due to any such unauthorized transaction/s. In this unforeseen situation if you need the details of the transaction/s or want this to be investigated further, please raise your query to the nearest Cyber cell office and they shall facilitate you on the further process.
