I had initiated the transaction through payu payment gateway by debit card but since the transaction was unsuccessful but still my money got debited from my account and even I have raised a ticket through payu app support but still I haven't got any response from them I am requesting you to resolve this issue at the earliest and please refund my money back.

As checked, transaction via PayU id [protected] stands failed and we have not received any funds for the same. Please contact your issuing bank in case any accidental debit has happened from your bank account.

But money has been debited from my bank account even I have attached you the proof of screenshot you can see above what is this irresponsibility from your side cheating on others money
Hi! You need to contact your issuing bank in case any accidental debit has happened from your bank account.

      As a result of booking my train ticket through IRCTC PayU, the amount of 4281.45 has been debited from my account, and the ticket is not being generated and the request has been rejected. Please do the needful. Transaction ID: [protected].

        I paid 4420 Rupees through PayU on 2 March 2023 from my paytm wallet but merchant disn’t received it and money is also debited and transaction is also successful.

For any concern regarding, delivery of the product//Refund/Cancellation you are requested to contact the merchant directly to get the status at their end.
        i paid this amount from my paytm wallet so i need to contact with paytm or merchant ?

          Hi payu team I’m getting a notification that your settlement is on hold as a part of due diligence & I’ve also submitted my GSTIN few days back & my ticket ID is NZ[protected] . Still I haven’t got any response from your side & I also was not able to raise another query in which I would like to attatch the courier receipts for those payments . So here I’m attaching those receipts & want you to please settle the amount in my bank account as soon as possible .

            My settlement is on hold from past one week & payu team has mentioned that it is a party of due diligence but I’ve also shared a copy of my GSTIN & still haven’t got any response. I’m attaching the courier slips of those payment to let you know that all payments are the part of my business & there is no fraud involved in this & I would request you to please settle my hard earn money as early as possible. Still waiting for my hard earned money to be deposited in my account . Really pathetic service . If someone is reading this msg please go for any other payment gateway rather than going with this fraud gateway

              AMC Charges have been charged by payumoney by ₹2500 with 18% Gst in the merchant agreement it says amc charges are waived off then why this charges are showing under our settlement tab

                As per checking my resources, your refund that is amounting to ₹18, 044.96 for the reservation HM5D4DSDY9 has been processed to PayU last 20th of February. With that being said you would need to contact PayU in order for them to transfer you refund to your new card.                       I made 2 bookings at Airbnb on 13th Feb 2023, my payments of Rs. 3026.82 and Rs. 3405.18 were deducted from my account on 13th Feb (total amount= Rs. 6, 432).
                      Airbnb confirmed that these 2 payments were not successful on their end but my bank- ICICI confirmed that the amounts were successfully deducted from my account.
                      The money has not yet refunded back to my account yet, it has been more than 1 month.
                      Please help me resolve the issue ASAP

                            PayU has been sending me details of a chargeback case in which client is making false claims. Despite submitting evidence to PayU, I am constantly being told evidence is insufficient while no reason is being provided about why it is insufficient. Also client has been changing claims and PayU hasn't shared any proof that client has submitted for making that claims.

                            And this is for a transaction that hasn't taken place via my website while PayU is continuing to show it against my website without any proof from their side (I have already submitted a proof of this not being a website transaction).

                            I have been trying to reach out on PayU's landline numbers but no one picks up nor their time replies to the email.

                            This is highly disappointing and confusing.

                            Please help at the earliest.

                                Money debited but ticket not received at ASI

                                On March 15, while buying a foreigner ticket online on ASI booking website for Taj Mahal, the payment failed but the money got deducted from the bank. The tickets were not generated. Please refund. Email used: [protected]@gmail.com

                                Further, you have raised chargeback against this transaction. You need to contact your issuing bank for further assistance on the same.

                                  Hi there,

                                  I had made the payment for two separate Airbnb bookings and due to a partial cancellation, the amount was refunded by Airbnb through PayU.

                                  Airbnb has insisted that they have made the payments to PayU on February 6, 2023 and that is should have been reflected on my account in 10-15 working days.
                                  But it is March 15, 2023 today and there has been no refund in my account.
                                  Airbnb has also provided me with the payment code and ARN code for the refunds as indicated below:

However, there has been no response yet regarding the query and I'm not able to open any account in PayU as I'm an individual and not a business enterprise. As I understand PayU is a payment gateway that was used in the payment for booking in Airbnb and I'm not a direct customer. While the payments for bookings are going through, the refunds are not reflecting in my account.

                                  I request a speedy resolution on the issue.
