        My refund from Airbnb was initiated on June 4, 2023 through PayU gateway. They said it would take maximum 15 business days for it to show up in my account so I waited till June 23. It has been longer than that now and the money has not been credited to my account. I have confirmation receipt from Airbnb that the transaction was successful from their end and my bank has also confirmed that they have not received this amount. PayU has not responded to my mails regarding this escalation as to why the amount has not reached me, I have already sent them the details as below:

          Today while booking a travel ticket thru saini Travels, the payment getaway redirected us to payu platform where i was asked to put debit card details and afte putting final otp the money deducted from bank ac out however the payment getaway reforest again to debit card details page.
          That’s how my money deducted twice for Rs. 1928 and once for Rs. 1899.
          Kindly resolve this and refund the money asap.

                We are a startup called namara swim. PayU has randomly kept our money on hold since the past week. They won't pay us back, and won't even tell us what the issue is. They asked us for some documents for no reason, which we provided on the very first day, and there is still no response or action. How can they hold our money?

                Even after sending them the following message, there has been no response or action:

                As per our website and invoicing terms, the shipping policy and days are clearly mentioned. You are holding funds that are rightfully and legally ours. Why is PayU the actor as a legal intermediary? Do we need to initiate a legal note to get the money that rightfully belongs to us for services we have rendered and for which you have already charged us a fee. We have complied and answered your questions before as well, but there is no action from your end and this is not the way of holding money without any recourse. What are the grounds for your hold and lack of action? Each order has been fulfilled to the terms we have described and mentioned. By agreeing to pay, the customer is entering into a legal contract to purchase - PayU is a payment gateway, what right do you have to hold the money for so long? It must be legally and rightfully transferred to us asap, as we need the funds otherwise the interest we are facing on our credit facility will be charged and passed on to you during the legal recourse. We also have to manage our cash flows.

After paying the money I got message for receiving money from Mr. Harsh Bhadani (UPI Transaction ID =[protected] but no any word for completion of order or tracking of order. So I think this advertisemt / site is fake and they are only collecting money from customers. So please be aware from such advertisement and sites. Do not pay any money otherwise you are in loss.

                                On 03/05/2023 and 04/05/2023 i received two transactions14600and 13300 total amount 27900 money through the payu payment gateway. But they put these amounts on hold. So i try to reach customer care but no response to date. But i got one reply "your account on hold" 21 days.
                                Why im wait for these days it's our hard earn money and also paying all gst and things. Why you refusing to deposit our money to the bank account. It's looks like a fraud thing.
                                I request your team please deposit our money or give me the refund option in our dashboard.. Don't play with us

                                      Against a google ad by clogcollsh.com, I paid two payments for 2 orders through PayU payment platform. Now the company is non existent and not reachable. Approached PayU for getting merchant details for whim monies were collected and credited but they are not providing.
                                      I feel PayU should have done its due diligence on the merchant before agreeing to collect monies on its behalf. Now the company is not reachable and am neither aware about the order nor is money returned.
                                      PayU is party to this fraudulent transactions and is answerable to the customers who have paid through their platform

                                        On 17 April 2023 i received settlement money 11596 rs through the payu payment gateway. But they put these amounts on hold. So i try to reach customer care but no response on time . Later they asked me to submit the website details, invoice and delivery proofs . We already submitted everything. But we got one reply "your account on hold" try after 210 days.During when I use the pay u service it’s clearly mentioned everything about my business nature and details and we aren’t GST registered business entity . Also that the time the PayU service team asked me to charge 20000 rs as membership service but I rejected and I can clearly say that their service was good before and for any doubts their representatives contacted me on time but now once they hold my money nobody responds my calls and it’s literally like they are using our money for their business purposes. I feel like I got scammed by this company.
                                        Why do I need to wait for the past few days it's our hard earn money and also we provide services for our customers. Customers asking about when we can start providing our clothings but due to this payment hold issues we can’t take any more orders and we closed the inventory. Why you refusing to deposit our money to the bank account. Pay U is really bring us more trouble.
