My payu merchant id 8734655
i received 14398.00 money through the payu payment gateway. But they put these amounts on hold. So i try to reach customer care but no response to date. But i got one reply "your account on hold" try after 210 days.
Why im wait for these days it's our hard earn money and also paying all gst and things. Why you refusing to deposit our money to the bank account. It's looks like a fraud thing.
I request your team please deposit our money.

As already informed you by our team on ticket id VT[protected], you need to share the valid Invoice/Bill/Receipt and Proof of Delivery with the valid courier tracking details of the requested transactions for the settlement of the amount.

OR

You will have to wait 210 days from the last transaction date. Kindly contact us after completing 210 days.

    My payu merchant id is 7402216.

    My settlement amount of Rs. 1, 36, 000 has been put on hold for 210 days without any explanation. I have given all documents as asked by Payu. I need my money deposited in my account t as soon as possible. Please help.

    As informed you by our team on ticket id YM[protected], you have collected payment from different website. Your account is suspended. Kindly do not collect any more payments through PayU Money. You will have to wait 210 days from the last transaction date. Kindly contact us after completing 210 days.

      I have been asked for documents to be resubmitted by Payi after using the payment gateway for more than 2 years.
      Once I resubmitted documents, they still held my payment settlement saying my account is suspended as money has been collected through other source and no other information.
      I cannot even contact anyone from. Their team.
      How to contact them and get my payment settlement

            Date of Incident 27/01/2023
            I was doing a booking for AIRBNB Flat, and they asked me for payment. I initiated through Paytm wallet it was done successfully from my end and I received the transaction confirmation from the Paytm account that the amount was transferred in PayU money. Despite the confirmation of payment the AIRBNB booking was not done. Now PaYtm & payU money both are denying to refund the money.

            Kindly help me to get the refund from them.

              I got mail from ignou tha refunded sucessfully but amount not credited yet. Also I complaint her 2 times but no action taken. I sent so many mails to IGNOU but no response. I am very disappointed. It was huge amount 8100. Please help me .

              As checked, transaction via PayU id [protected] is refunded on 03/01/2023 via ARN 75503723004020799653865. It may take 7-10 working days (except Saturday, Sunday and bank holidays) for funds to reflect in original mode of payment. Please check with your issuing bank with he given ARN in case you have not received the funds in your source account within the mentioned timeline.

                Which is fake website. Payment gateway was used was payu. Please note the details, email me on harish.[protected]@gmail.com for further details.
                Payu should ban these fake websites to use the services. Payu seems like fake payment gateways who allows any third party fake people to use the services. Please return my money.

                  Dear Sir As i have registered legal complaints against PayUmoney Payment Gateway my complaints Docket Number is 4209357

                  i was trying use this payment gateway for my business so i did sign up/ and submit all the documents like My pan card Details company's account etc.. but they didnt even verified my company account and before accepted any payment from the customers i want to be sure that they are genuine or fake so did TEST Transaction from my own bank account as soon as possible they receive the money they just put on hold my transaction, as i am sole Proprietor of my firm i have submit all the documents with cancel check with the stamp of my firm but they didn't verified my account so did initiate refund for that TEST Transaction today is almost 4th days they didn't even reply on ticket and not even refund that transaction yet i literally begging to them for my refund but they are not even reply and on one ticket they respond that you have to do one more transaction for refund i believe and did the transaction again but they didn't refund that transaction i request you to please look in to this matter if i accept the transaction from the customers then i will be in big trouble as they are doing with my own TEST Transaction,

                    Against IORP EXPLORER...My payment deducted from my account at twice B.com Fees not credited and debited payment to payu company

                    Rs. 4250.15 on 20 January 2023 at 4.31 pm
                    And 2nd payment at 4.37 pm .. I payment to Kurukshetra university for bcom fees I click website of kuk and login it and i go to fees transaction payment mode on paytm but i don't know payment debited from my account and paid to IORP EXPLORER suddenly
                    And no payment fees debited from Kurukshetra University and no other transaction

                    The website was updated on the dashboard on 3rd Jan. We raised a ticket on 7th Jan when the verification was still not completed. It is 19 days now since the update and it still shows website verification. This has been going on for months now...

                    We sell our books, spiritual merchandise like bracelets, meditation and yoga accessories and conduct piigrimages. These are our lines of business and are mentioned n About Us in detail and also visible from the menu.

                    if there is anything specific that needs to be added, please clarify in detail. "LOB not clear" does not provide any clarity unless you tell us what is missing and needs to be updated.

                          Why do I need to wait for 210 days are you going to pay the interest for the amount on hold?,

                          My sister got email by payu that my fees has been successfully refunded by IGNOU. But she didn't get my fee in my account yet. What's the Matter, why she didn't get the money yet after the status is showing successfull.
                          How to track the refund.

                            Chor Company hai abhi tak paise transfer nhi kiye, na koi call karta or na koi call receive karta. Sare account pending hai, customer ke payment bhi nhi kiye abhi tak. 2 month ho gaye, sare documents le liye fir bhi nhi kiye.
