I have received amt of 34, 000 Using pay u payment link from credit credit from my merchant, they have deducted the charges 2.36% but not settled my amount now saying your transaction was on hold for risk & diligence
I have submitted all invoices and explained my business still no response they are saying we have raised new ticket and our respective team will reach which was not at all happening. Please resolve it and get back my amount
It was my hard earned money they are not providing any resolution each time they they are saying a ticket was raised and concerned team will reach you out but not at all happening
I was in very urgent need of money Please help me to get my money

    Payu is not giving me my hard earned money the have hold it telling suspicious transactions but i have given them invoices and proof of delivery, but they are not giving me my money and telling me to wait 210 days, my amount is above 10 lacs, such a fraud thing by payu,

      My Merchant ID is: 8732432
      My settlement is pending since 2 months, when I visit my profile it says bank verification pending. I had done twice the bank verification but still it says pending. When I contact them they sent below message

      "We regret the inconvenience caused. PayU is working with regulators to address some aspects. Moreover, as of now, we are not taking any new registrations due to which we are unable to complete your bank account verification. We are internally working on the same. We appreciate your cooperation in this regard. "

      Mean time my settlement is still pending at Payu end from almost 2 months

          I provide professional services I was using pay u as merchant my clients pay me using cards pay u is deducting 2.36% charges ( including gst ) but this time amount was not settled amount of 34, 000 is on hold I have raided a query but no response received, query I'd KF[protected]
          Iam not a gst registered business Iam an individual professional service provider I don't deal with any products so I won't have any courier or delivery or product invoice bills
          Please look in to the issue and settle my amount as soon as possible.

            Payu has been doing a fraud with me by putting my hard earned money on hold. They have put my 11619/- rs on hold by saying that they will be needing more details and why these guys allow us to take payments and open our account in the starting..please help me getting my hard earned money back.

            Query has been raised since last 6-7 days but you guys don’t even answer to that
            Still I haven’t got any response from Payu( cheaters). My hard earned money has been blocked and it’s almost 15-20 days

                    Dear Team,

                    This email is to enquire as to why our money has been not settled for the past 1.5 years. It has been kept on hold but apparently nobody has told us why it has been kept on hold.

                    After raising many tickets on support portal no response has been received.

                    Our relationship manager has been avoiding our calls and nobody from your support team is reachable.

                    Please write back to us immediately sharing the details of the matter or we will be forced to complain to Department of Payment and Settlement Systems and RBI.

                      Because of Payu, the work of our company gets disturbed. Payu has to give notice before holding the account.

                        Hi pay u,
                        We are a verified merchant on pay u india and my merchant number is 8495387 and we provide educational services on space tech and do enrolment online but the transactions has been put on hold by the risk team and i have provided all needed information to pay u risk team but my funds is still not being cleared into my account including, the transaction id's[protected], [protected] and we stopped new enrolment due to payu hold settlement amount, so please help me out i escalated this issue over 3 days but the response from payu help is soo late and slow. i attached the invoice of customer with customer details is with this response.

                        Our students enrolment is delayed so please activate our payu settlement as soon possible.

                            I had initiated the transaction through payu payment gateway by debit card but since the transaction was unsuccessful but still my money got debited from my account and even I have raised a ticket through payu app support but still I haven't got any response from them I am requesting you to resolve this issue at the earliest and please refund my money back.

                                  I paid 4420 Rupees through PayU on 2 March 2023 from my paytm wallet but merchant disn’t received it and money is also debited and transaction is also successful.

                                      My settlement is on hold from past one week & payu team has mentioned that it is a party of due diligence but I’ve also shared a copy of my GSTIN & still haven’t got any response. Still waiting for my hard earned money to be deposited in my account . Really pathetic service . If someone is reading this msg please go for any other payment gateway rather than going with this fraud gateway

                                        AMC Charges have been charged by payumoney by ₹2500 with 18% Gst in the merchant agreement it says amc charges are waived off then why this charges are showing under our settlement tab
