[Resolved] PayUMoney — beware! terrible merchant service - only interested in collecting money, no service!

Payumoney has been advertising 5mins registration of merchants. That is a completely bogus claim! Once they collect your fees they do not even respond to your mails. 25th sept is when our company audience insight technologies pvt ltd made payment to them to setup a client profile and integration request. Since then, not a single official communication has been reverted to with any kind of documentation of asisstance. It is operating like a fly by night fraud company where even the sales person amit sharma, after talking to you 10 times in a day for collecting the fees, does not even reply or call to your official reminders. It has been more than a month and the company is not even able to do a simple integration of payment gateway. Quite appaling service. Even their customer service does not reply except for autoreply mails. Now there seems to be no other way other than legal notice and police complaint to resolve the matter and recover our dues.

Your payment via TXN id 206852215 is failed. We have not received any funds for the same at our end. Banks generally take 7 to 10 working days (Excluding Saturday, Sunday and bank holiday) to refund the amount back to the customer's source account. We appreciate your patience in the interim.

For any concern regarding, delivery of the product/Payment receipt/Account Details/Cancellation/Refund, you are requested to contact the merchant directly with Merchant Order Id - 201 in order to get the status at their end.
