[Resolved]  PayUMoney — cancel citrus pay license

Citruspay not credit my account and says any reason my many transaction id is not credited in my account

Transaction is failed but amount, is deducted from the account, of Rs 1029.
Kindly look into the matter and provide help.
Card last four digit is 5921.
transaction was done on 1st Nov, 2017 around 12;00 pm.

Kindly see query as the bank is denying to look into the issue as it is concerned with your transaction portal,

• PayU Transaction ID, Merchant ID and Bank reference number.
• Scan copy of bank statement indicating the debit for the required transaction.
• First six and last four digits of the card (In case transaction is processed via Credit/Debit Card).
• Transaction date along with the amount.
• Email id or phone number used for processing the transaction.
• UPI / VPA if any used

I have cancelled my irctc ticket PNR No.[protected] with transaction id:[protected] and cancellation id:[protected]. and it is mentioned amount refunded on 29th Oct 2017. However amount still not credited in my a/c.
