Hello i made a purchase on dealkarkindia.com made payment through payumoney payment was successful i got confirmation email also from vendor and payumoney but havent recieved the purchased product. When i tried to contact the merchant by email i got reply we will send it anytime today but still nothing. When i called the number given said will send today after 7pm ist but nothing. A payment of rs 107 was made by me to uti for pan card application on 13/05/2019 fm my sbi account vide txn id [protected]IGAGDCAJX4.SAID AMOUNT DEBITED FM MY ACCOUNT BUT NOT PASSED TO UTI . I COMPLAINED TO SBI.ON15 MAY SBI REPLIED SAID TRANSACTION IS SUCCESSFUL AND SETTLED ON 13 MAY2019.DO NEEDFUL. THANX
