I had paid my electricity bill through payumoney on[protected]. Transaction had failed due to transaction droped. My bill no. Is [protected] of amount rs.110/- under rcpt #[protected]. Also ref. No. Isbi[protected]igabbjurx4 for online payment through onlinesbi.com via payumoney.
Payment id is[protected].
How can i get refunded.

i have get email from [email protected] about transaction droped . and i want to know that how can i get refund of droped transaction amount . karuna nidh contact no. 7508161905

PayUMoney Customer Care's response Hi Karan,

We would like to inform you that the TXN for the Payment Id[protected] is unsuccessful at our end. We have not received any amount for the same. Please reach your bank for further help.
