[Resolved] PayUMoney — Extra amount deducted during university fee payment

Amount : Rs.75000/- ( SRM university Fee) but Deducted Rs.75895.57

Payment Through : ICICI Debit card
As per SRM university requirement, Rs.75000/- was to be paid. I paid the amount through my ICICI debit card but extra Rs.897.57/- deducted from the bank, which is TOO HIGH compared to SBI charges ( Rs.14.16/-).
Please look into this matter and refund the excess amount deducted during transaction.

We would like to inform you that the convenience fees may be applicable on transactions with few merchants (Utilities/Compulsory payments) and the same is visible on the payment page while processing the transaction. We request you to kindly get in touch with the merchant for any further issues regarding same.
