[Resolved]  PayUMoney — failed ticket booking using payment gateway at irctc

Dear sir,

I was booking railway ticket from Mumbai to Jabalpur in peak hours at 8 am yesterday 6/7/2018 using IRCTC app, I used payumoney as usual for payment using my DBS visa debit card, but after deducting amount from my bank, windows didn't redirected to IRCTC.
Though ticket booking failed but transaction done to payumoney from my bank DBS, please provide me refund of money in my DBS account.

It's more that 48 hours, still I'm waiting amount to be refunded.
