[Resolved] PayUMoney — Failed transaction payment debited refund not yet effected | |
I was trying to book refill for IOCL on 11.9.21 at 18.10 hours and was directed to pay Rs.900.5 and I used Google pay to make the payment and the amount has been debited from my State Bank of India SB account but the booking was not completed . The UPI reference id is[protected] I requested IOCL to refund the same but IOCL replied no pending transaction is available with them and asked me to take up the issue with service provider. Dec 2, 2021 Complaint marked as Resolved I could not contact payumoney so I used this forum to raise the complaint. Initially there was no reply. Nearly after 45 days I have raised the issue and the refund has been effected within a few hours. I'm really happy to the forum.
