PayUMoney — fine deduction

Respected sir/madam, i have deposited fine in chitkara educational trust chalkpad.but fine didnot deposit and still showing the fine in my account.first i deposited the fine .there was no depist any fine and deduct the money from my account.when the fine still show in my account then i have deposted fine again but fine again show in my account and money also deducted from my account.two times money deducted from my account and showing the fine in my chalkpad student account. please check the status on my complaint. and inform me thankyou shiwani [protected] chitkara university, punjab
