[Resolved]  PayUMoney — irctc ticket booking transaction failed( refund request)

My self S.Ashok kumar. last week(30.03.2018) I booked 3 ticket through irctc app using( Payumoney) from chidrambar to Chennai. Amounted was deducted but ticket was not booked. Train ticket charges Rs.525. I waited for after 1 week still I did not get my money. Can u pls refund my Amount?
