[Resolved] PayUMoney — Laptop Not Received | |||
Paid Money Rs. 33249 through Payu Gateway via Transaction Id,[protected] on 7th March 2021. Till date there is no communication from vendor and we don't know the contact address, Email and contact phone number to communicate Raised Complaint via id, 2834943 to customer service. They informed me to contact merchant for delivery of product / Payment Recept / Account Details/ Cancellation and Refund. We tracked payu helpcenter to know the status of our transaction and found the information as below Your transaction with payment id[protected] on date 7th March 2021 is successful. Please contact merchant for order / Service Delivery orrefund related concerns. Will you please mail me merchant mailing address, Email Id, contact pnone number as we don't have merchant information and we would be grateful to you if you take with the merchant to refind the money as he has not contacted my cell phone - [protected] so far. Verified Support Mar 23, 2021 PayUMoney Customer Care's response Hi, Please note that this is a successful transaction via Payment Id[protected] at our end, the amount for the same has been remitted to the merchant. For any concern regarding, delivery of the product/Payment receipt/Account Details/Cancellation/Refund, you are requested to contact the merchant directly with Merchant Order Id[protected] in order to get the status at their end. Merchant email ID- [protected]@gmail.com We advise you to please get in touch with the issuing bank and initiate an official complaint (Dispute) regarding the same, in case if the concerned merchant is not providing the services. PayU is a payment aggregator who helps merchants and customers to do online transactions. It is a merchant who delivers the services and gives refund/replacement as per their policy in case of any issues. No one from merchant side communicated to my email: balu.[protected]@gmail.com or contacted me through my cell number: [protected] which has been provided while ordering LAPTOP through on line.
I communicated this issue to the sales team through their email : [protected]@hilaptop.com but no reply till date so it become obvious for the required help from your side to get refund from merchant to our bankers, Standard Chartered Bank who issued the amount RS.33249.00.
