PayUMoney — Lost Rs 3500/-while ordering a watch at wrist king (shop 101 )

On 25.08.2016 i ordered a watch on wristking (Shop 101) paying Rs3500/-by using my debit card No.[protected] issued to me by SBI VIDISHA branch.My order was cancelled by wristking because of defective watch. There after I ask him about re fund of my money Rs 3500/- He told me that he didn't receive any money. Later I checked my SBI pass book and I found that on 25.08.2016 Rs 3500/- was credidet to payumoney gudgaon described as"POS. 967351 PAYU MONEY GUDGAON.Manish Nagpal is the owner of wrist king (SHOP 101 ), his email is [protected]@gmail.com.as per him he didn't receive any money. My straight forward question is then "where my Rs 3500/- have gone.My pass book denotes that the very first tranjection of Rs 3500/-'had been credited to POS 967351 PAYU MONEY GUDGAON. So my humble request is to refund my Rs 3500/- either to me or my bank account of SBI VIDISHA main branch in my a/c no.[protected].I shall be grateful to you.

Updated by Mahendra Ostawal I lost my Rs 3500/- while shopping online wrist king (shop101) by using my debit card of SBI VIDISHA main branch, my first tranjection by SBI VIDISHA main branch was to www.payumoney.com GUDGAON. My SBI A/C No. [protected] my mobile No. +91 [protected].my email is [protected]@gmail.com . Date of incident is 25.08.2016.

Updated by Mahendra Ostawal If you(payumoney.com) claim your self as "The Best Payment Gatway of INDIA" and yuor customer satisfaction is only 3%, then what should we expect from you?The answer is, byers should stop buying online shopping & paying them through payumoney gateway and you need to close the gate of payumoney. com If the copnies are not cooperating you, then why don't you take legal actions against them. My conclusion is Byers of atleast of middle class families should not believe the payumoney.com for online payments. Updated by Mahendra Ostawal On dated 25.08.2016, the very first tranjection from my account of SBI VIDISHA main branch was to " POS 967351 PAYU MONEY, GUDGAON" of Rs 3500/-, kindly let me know that where this amount of Rs 3500/- from the account of PAYUMONEY GUDGAON had gone? My account at SBI VIDISHA main branch( Account No.[protected]), so for this amount of Rs 3500/- yet has. not been credited to my bank account.SBI VIDISHA branch code is :30075, IFSC:SBINOO75.

Updated by Mahendra Ostawal Till now twelve days had past unfortunately there is no result of my problem.As I had previously stated that on dated 25.08.2016 Rs 3500/- was debited from my SBI VIDISHA main branch account No.[protected] was credited to "POS 967351 PAYUMONEY, GUDGAON).In my opinion it should have never been difficult to find out where this amount of Rs 3500/- had been credited to WHOME's account. My bank is SBI VIDISHA, (PIN-464001), branch code:30075, IFSC: SBINOO30075.

Updated by Mahendra Ostawal In conclusion it should be assumed that Payumoney is at all not the safe gateway for tranjection of money. At least middle class family members should not do on line shopping through " payumoney ", otherwise there is no guarantee of your money going in a right direction.
