[Resolved] PayUMoney — money debited from my bank account. however it says transaction 'failed' and in status it is shown as payment 'dropped' | |
A transaction processed on merchant name (Rathira ayurveda) bearing merchant order id (333416) for purchasing '10 days days hair oil'. The payment id:[protected] on 20.11.2018 at 19:55 hrs. However, the transaction dropped and an amount of rs.899 got debited from my bank account. The relevant screenshot is enclosed below for your reference. As per the payu money policy, it is confirmed that refund takes upto 3-5 business days from the date of refund to reflect in consumer bank account (Excluding saturdays, sundays and bank holidays). My transaction dropped on 20.11.2018, but there isn't any response so far from payu money. My e-mail id: kishankaniti. [protected]@gmail.com My contact no.
