PayUMoney — Money Deducted, but no recharge received

I have done recharge through rechargeitnow.com website and used payment gateway as payu with below details. Date: 03 Dec 14, 07:46 PM Merchant Name: www.rechargeitnow.comMerchant Order ID: AI04782903C4 Payment ID: 15404552 Amount: 120 No recharged: [protected] Amount was deducted from HDFC bank and transaction was failed with reason as "Transaction Failed/Dropped"And no credit given to recharged number. I contacted rechargeitnow, payu & HDFC, but none of the party is taking responsibility of this transaction.Could you please help me sort this out and refund the money?
