Hi I’m Sangeeth My Mobile Num : [protected] I was trying to book OYO of PayU payment was done on date of 16 Jan 2021. I paid the money by phone pe of amount 1500. Money get detected but nothing is visible on OYO app. While on phone Pe it's showing money transfer to PayU . I have attached the screenshot of phone pe. Please look into the issue. Verified Support Jan 21, 2021 PayUMoney Customer Care's response Hey, this is a successful TXN via PayUmoney Payment ID [protected] at our end, the amount for the same has been remitted to the merchant. For any concern regarding, delivery of the product//Refund/Cancellation you are requested to contact the merchant directly to get the status at their end.

Actually I did a Payment for booking OYO through phone pe with PayU merchant Transaction of 1500 rs Transaction ID P2101162039371727448475 On Jan 16 2021 . I dealed with OYO and Phone pe too they said to contact you for refund of my money which I paid for it .. so please refund my amount to my account
They didn got any confirmation still now
So you have to initiate the refund process
So kindly refund my amount back to my account soon ..

But they replied they didn’t got any confirmation of payment by the PayU
I have attached the screenshots of that conversation with OYO they have clearly said that they didn got any transaction from your PayU side .
I tried to have conversation with phone pe about this issue they also mentioned that your PayU shld initiate the refund amount of 1500 rs from your side .
So kindly refund my amount Of 1500 rs which I payed to your account. So please kindly refund my amount to my account soon as possible.
