[Resolved] PayUMoney — Money deducted to asi but ticket not received | |
Have tried to book 1 online tickets for tajamahal, agra from paytm app I opened the website and made payment of Rs. 1250 using my upi id. I approved the payment from paytm app. Amount is deducted from the bank account but tickets were not genereted. I request you to pls look into the matter and refund my amount. Verified Support Aug 21, 2021 PayUMoney Customer Care's response Hey, this is a successful TXN via PayU Payment ID [protected] at our end, the amount for the same has been remitted to the merchant (asimustsee.nic.in). For any concern regarding, delivery of the product//Refund/Cancellation you are requested to contact the merchant directly to get the status at their end.
