PayUMoney — money deducted twice from account *

Hi team,

Yesterday i was making payment on ola money and amount inr 599 was charged twice. I have received msg from my bank that this money is charged by payu gateway. I thought my money will be reversed in my axis bank account but still my money is not reversed yet.

Below are the msg which i recieved from bank:-

I have trying to contact your customer care number but was not able to get through.

Kindly try to resolve it asap and reverse my money inr 1198 in my axis bank account.
