This is Sonu. I have already submitted a complaint and received a complaint id which is 03113259 BUT NO ONE HAS CONTACTED ME FROM YOUR OFFICE NOR HAS MY ISSUE BEEN RESOLVED. I applied for my transcripts for which I paid Rs 1700 through online payment using PAYUMONEY. I received a mail which said the payment is successful. I did not get my payment receipt to my mail id. It was not attached. I need it urgently. PLEASE SEND ME MY PAYMENT RECEIPT AS I NEED IT URGENTLY. I have made payment for Driving Licence at Parivahan website. Payment is pending but amount is deducted from bank. I have received mail of transaction success from PayUmoney. Please solve the issue ASAP.
