[Resolved]  PayUMoney — No refund from payumoney

I purchased an online product via PAYUMONEY by my union bank of India debit card. The product was of bad quality(Zovi.com). I returned the product and PAYUMONEY did not even refund my amount of Rs. 1999/-. My payment Id for PAYUMONEY is 16342804. Its been 3 weeks that I am waiting for my refund to be credited in my Union bank account. My refund Id is 415422. Kindly Initiate my refund from PAYUMONEY as their customer care is worst to coordinate with.
