[Resolved] Payumoney — not getting my receipt after making payment

Sir, actually i made a payment of 403.57 for pdc of my bachelor degree certificate of a vishveshwarya technical university (Vtu), but even after making a payment i did not get payment receipt which i suppose to send to the university to get my pdc. I am trying to call since last 4 month on payumoney customer support number but they are not picking my call s i am not able to get any response from their side. So im fileing a complaint in consumer forum because i'm not getting any response from their side. I am atteching a screenshot of my payment

Hi,

We would like to inform you that the TXN for the Payment Id[protected] is successful at our end. The amount for the same has been remitted to the merchant.

For any concern regarding, delivery of the product/Payment receipt/Account Details/Cancellation/Refund, you are requested to contact the merchant directly with Merchant Order Id - vtuaccounts[protected] in order to get the status at their end.

Alternately for any more assistance, you can also contact us at care@payumoney.com or just create a ticket at our end through https://www.payumoney.com/support.html

I transferred amount from my payu wallet to my ICICI bank account in dashboard it is. Showing transaction success but amount is not credited in my account. I contacted ICICI bank ppl they said no amount is credited to my account then where is my amount gone this is my email please do respond
