[Resolved] PayUMoney — not getting my receipt after making payment | |||||
Sir, actually i made a payment of 403.57 for pdc of my bachelor degree certificate of a vishveshwarya technical university (Vtu), but even after making a payment i did not get payment receipt which i suppose to send to the university to get my pdc. I am trying to call since last 4 month on payumoney customer support number but they are not picking my call s i am not able to get any response from their side. So im fileing a complaint in consumer forum because i'm not getting any response from their side. The amount for the same has been remitted to the merchant. For any concern regarding, delivery of the product/Payment receipt/Account Details/Cancellation/Refund, you are requested to contact the merchant directly with Merchant Order Id - vtuaccounts[protected] in order to get the status at their end. I have done my payment of amount 560 on date 02_july-2018 on time 23:32:02.000 by payumoney for my 1st semester exam form In Rajasthan university of health and science (RUHS) & I don't get my payment receipt & it is compulsory to submitted with form in colleage as a proof.
So I requested to send it on my Gmail - [protected]@gmail.com
