Hi,
i have done a recharge for prepaid meter of society(NIHO Scottish Gardens), payment deducted but marked failed by PayUMoney from my number 995****394. I have paid 1020.66 on 26-Mar-2018 and 1020.66 on 27-mar-2018. but got refund for only 2000 rs. I have been charged for 41.32 rs without any actual transaction happening.
