I ordered for one product by payumoney but transition canceled its showing while booking but money reduced from my account order not placed so please solve this issue as soon as possible

Sir today I contact to that bank he says money reduced via pay u money so we can't help u and so may contact them like that they told . I asked for transition details they will give as soon as .so please help me for refund

Hi,
i have done a recharge for prepaid meter of society(NIHO Scottish Gardens), payment deducted but marked failed by PayUMoney from my number 995****394. I have paid 1020.66 on 26-Mar-2018 and 1020.66 on 27-mar-2018. but got refund for only 2000 rs. I have been charged for 41.32 rs without any actual transaction happening.
