[Resolved]  PayUMoney — payment completed on irctc but ticket not booked

I tried booking ticket on irctc on 25 feb. Money got deducted from my account but ticket not booked. On irctc website it says reason for not booking of ticket as "payment failed". But money got deducted from my account. I do have transaction id for the same. So all i want is my money should be refunded to me. Irctc hasn't made the refund so i think money is with payu money.

I was booking a ticket from Kolkata to forbesganj for journey date 21st March when I went into payment option I entered the opt for payment but ticket has not been made but the payment has been deducted from my bank account of ₹ 621.8.kindly look into the matter as soon as possible .My transaction I'd is [protected]
