PayUMoney — payment made via pay u money but purpose not solved | |||||
Dear Sir/Pay U money, I have made payment to TIrupati Devasthanam for Darshan tickets on 27th June 2018 for booking on 4th sept 2018 vide payment id[protected] and merchant id LBUU924B, payment made by credit card. once payment made screen was pop up on laptop saying your support team will call me within 2 hrs for other details, but till date i havent received any tickets nor calls, i am trying to call paymoney asking for my refund but nobody is resonding/not able to connet. requesting you to please do the needfull on highest priority other wise i will have to log complaint in consumer forum by cause of fraud. I booked a ticket through payumoney gateway in IRCTC with transaction ID:[protected] and IRCTC is saying that pending from payumoney end.please resolve the issue at the earliest possible.

I was recharge my Idea mobile no. [[protected]] dated 09.08.2018 through HDFC bank net banking.recharge was not successful.but money has been deducted from my saving account.

• Scan copy of bank statement indicating the debit for the required transaction.
• Transaction date along with the amount.

• First 6 and last 4 digits of your card.
• UPI / VPA if any used
