[Resolved] PayUMoney — [payment not received] transaction failed, money not refunded to account | |||
Hi team, I have made transaction of college exam fees payment using hdfc debit card and payment gateway was selected as payumoney, the transaction got failed and amount got debited from account and it has been 3 months now and the amount not yet refunded. Below are transaction id 1. [protected] - rs. 1088.88/- dated 30 nov. 2017 2. [protected] - rs. 1088.88/- dated 30 nov. 2017 3. [protected] - rs. 1088.88/- dated 30 nov. 2017 I run business and have kisok and provide service to customer for online payment etc. Kindly look into the issue and provide me refund for above mentioned transaction. Please note i have verified with college and they told they haven't received the transaction and hdfc bank told the transfer was made successful from our end you need to check with merchant i. E.
