[Resolved]  PayUMoney — payment not received yet

I had cancelled my railway ticket on 12.10.2017 on irctc website and amount of 2170 has to be credited to my account. But after 6 days also it is not done.in the irctc website it is showing refunded on 12.10.17 and bank name as payumpp. But i have checked in my account the payment is not received yet. Details are as below,,

Please look into the matter.

I have booked ticket by using credit card trand id [protected]. from this amount is debited but ticket is not booked on[protected]. kindly refund the amount at the earliest.
