[Resolved]  PayUMoney — payment to fortune detergents

I tried to place order on fortune detergents of a value of rs 1350 in their website. For payment it led to payumoney link and i made online payment from my bank account. The confirmation message is reproduced:

"your a/c xxxx50931is debited by rs. 1350.00for ibibo-[protected]/payumoney/thru net banking - ref: [protected]- 21/05/2020 15:53- indian bank"

But the company has not received the money, nor did i get any message from payumoney. The order is yet to be confirmed. I tried to contact via their help chat. It only accepts answers to some fixed questions and i could not register my complaint. No customer care phone no. Is given in their website.
Very poor service. Hope it is not a money swindling bogus transaction

We regret the inconvenience this may have caused you.

We would like to inform you that the transaction with the Payment ID:[protected] has been failed and an auto refund will be initiated shortly. Once processed, the same will get credited into the customer's source account within 5 to 7 working days (Excluding Saturday, Sunday and bank holiday).

Kindly contact the customer support team of the card/account issuing bank, in case the amount is not reversed into the account within the mentioned time.

We appreciate your understanding with regards to this matter.

Thank you for the response. Frankly this is my first use of PayUMoney and I am quite disappointed. Your help chat is a hoax!. This answer could have been provided directly by your customer service. There is no telephone number provided in your site. I tried several times the Help chat. It was montonously repeating the question and answers that is not relevant in my case. No person is available to answer in case of difficulty with the automated chat. It is clear that the company is not interested in genuine customer care.
By the way why it should take so many days to return the failed payment?
