PayUMoney — Payment to Fortune dishwashing

I tried to place an onlinr order for detergent for dishwasher from fortune dishwashing using their website. While making payment it led to pay u money that receives on behalf of the company. I made payment of rs.1350 by online transfer from my bank account. The bank sms confirming transfer is reproduced below:
Ibibo-[protected]/payumoney/thru net banking - ref:[protected]-21/05/2020 15:53-indian bank
