[Resolved]  PayUMoney — payumoney transaction failed, amount is not credited in my bank account

Yesterday (02/05/2018; 13.17: 29.0) i made a transfer of ₹ 1, 38, 000 from axis bank through payumoney, i received a message from my axis bank the amount ₹1, 38, 000 debited from the account. But the amount is not credited into benifficiary account. After a while i got message from payumoney transaction failed, the amount is not credited in my bank account so far, please resolve it, do the needful help.

• Scan copy of bank statement indicating the debit for the required transaction.
• Transaction date along with the amount.

• First 6 and last 4 digits of your card.
• UPI / VPA if any used

I had booked a ticket on IRCTC and the payment was done through PAYUMOB . Due to some personal reason I cancelled my ticket but I have not received the refund yet. According to the IRCTC website the refund was done on 24 /04/2018 but my account is not credited.

Please look into the matter

I didn't recieve a receipt after my payment so I need a mail of my payment so send the mail as soon as possible receipt mail I need within a day so send as soon as possible
