Dear sir, I using payu money payment gateway for booking a ticket from www.irctc.co.in android app on 14th February 2019 at 10:00 am. But the payment of booking deducted from my indusind bank account but the booking was failed. But the money still not refund in my account upto till date. I was pay Dec.school fee to SR DIGI SCHOOL throgh your payumoney trasection fails at the time of transfer, till now not recieve amount .i will go to social media & humanrights if not recieve my amount pay.id:[protected] dt.[protected]

Banks generally take 7 to 10 working days (Excluding Saturday, Sunday and bank holiday) to refund the amount back to the customer's source account. We appreciate your patience in the interim.
