[Resolved] PayUMoney — refund amount has not yet credited in my account | |||
On 10th June, i had made two transactions through PayU Money to book Tatkal Tickets on IRCTC websites On 1st transaction amount has been deducted from my account but ticket not booked and refund status shows that amount of Rs. 3055 has been refunded to PayU Money but I have not yet received any money in my account. Transaction ID: [protected] Refund ID: [protected] On 2nd Transactioon, ticket has been booked but it cancelled due to waited list and refund status shows that amount of Rs. 760 has been refunded to PayU Money but i have still not receive any amount. Transaction ID: [protected] Refund Id: [protected] I have also enclosed screenshot of IRCTC website's refund status..
