I have booked ticket on ircrtc.co.in costing amount of 3880 on october 20. The bank was sbi and payment gateway was payu money. The transaction failed but the money was deducted from my account. How and when will i recover my amount. Verified Support Oct 09, 2018 PayUMoney Customer Care's response Hi Pradeep, your transaction "[protected]" is successful at our end, the amount for the same has been remitted to the merchant. For any concern regarding, delivery of the services/refund, you are requested to contact the merchant directly in order to get the status at their end.
