PayUMoney — Refund not made | |||||
I ordered a perfume from Perfumery.co.in on 09/01/2017 and payment was made to Xeryus Retail Pvt. Ltd through Payumoney. Since the seller did not shipped my order nor gave any information from their end for over a wee, I approached Payumoney on 17/01/2017with my complaint and requested them for a refund. But they suggested that I should contact the merchant to resolve the issue. Accordingly I followed their advice and tried to contact the merchant but to no avail. Again I approached payumoney with my problem and asked them to make the refund . This time they said that they would co -ordinate with the said merchant and gave assurance to update me with further information. However till date, I am not getting any information from them either. This is day light robbery and downright despicable. Please help. Was this information helpful? | |||||

According to WIWIGO (https://www.wiwigo.com) refund process was initiated on[protected]... and supposed to done in 4 -7 working days ... as of now (24-Jan-2017) i have not received anything...
