[Resolved] PayUMoney — refund not received after 10 days | |
I booked 2 tickets on 19 may which was not booked but the cash was deducted. The irctc site states that they have been refunded with refund id's [protected] and [protected].in a similar case i have not received refund for a ticket booked on the 18th with refund id [protected]. The irctc site is showing that the amount is refunded but it is not credited in my account after almost 10 days Was this information helpful? | |

Dear sir, i have a successful transaction with payment id[protected] pf rs 3819 for north bihar power distribution company ltd. But the amount paid is not reflecting in nbpdcl . Kindly rectify asap.

Trans. ID[protected] for Rs. 799/- was failed on 06.05.2018 at 11.00 AM. The amount has not been received till date... despite the fact that I was promised to get it by 14.05.2018..please do the needful at the earliest.
