Updated by Himalaya_Sarmah I am at a far place from my local area, so I am not able to update my bank passbook. I will be providing all the electronic form of information that I have with you.
1) Bank Transaction id=[protected]
2) Bank's statement= I will attach the screenshot of the text message that I received from my bank after the debit transaction occurred below.
3) Transaction date= 14/04/2018 and time is 10 AM to 10:03 AM. Amount is 2780 INR.
4) Email id or phone number is not available as because while we book a ticket on
irctc and select PayU as the gateway (Credit/Debit Cards powered with PayU), then only PayU gateway page opens where we don't have to login or signup with PayU, instead we just have to enter our Card Number, Expiry, CVV, and OTP to complete the transaction. Don't you know that?
5) First 6 digits of my card= 459115 and last 4 digits of my card= 3169 and it is SBI VISA card.
6) No UPI/VPA handle was used for this transaction.
Below I have attached two screenshots, one is of the text message that I received from my bank after my money got deducted and the second one is from my
irctc account which clearly denotes that PayU was the payment gateway and the ticket booking was not successful, yet my money got deducted and I havent got the refund yet. So please return my money right now or else I'm gonna lodge a complaint againts PayU

Updated by Himalaya_Sarmah Hello, i tried to book my train ticket from
irctc on 14th april, 2018 on tatkal quota. The train number is 12510 and my boarding was to be from guwahati (Ghy) to bangalore (Bnc). My ticket booking was unsuccessful but the money got deducted from my bank account. During the payment i chose payu as the payment gateway. They have initiated the refund and it's been 6 days and still i haven't received the money in my account. The transaction id is [protected] and refund id is [protected]. They have refunded the money to payu, i know that. But payu has not returned my money. Don't you dare to think that you can block or eat my money for so many days. Refund my money to my bank right now. Check everything on the following screenshot and refund my amount right now.
Below i have tried to provide you as much details as i could:
