[Resolved] PayUMoney — refund of irctc failed transaction | |
I have tried booking an irctc ticket through payumoney gateway and the transaction got failed and the amount got debited from my account. I tried booking through the payment gateway since i was using a south indian bank account. I checked with irctc and i have attached a screenshot of what i found. It is clearly stated that the amount is refunded to payumoney and you haven't refunded the amount yet. Its been a weeks time and i am very disappointed with payumoney for this kind of approach. Please do make the refund or next thing i am going to do is filing a complaint for consumer court. Was this information helpful? | |
