[Resolved]  PayUMoney — refund purpose

Dear Team,
I did Booking Two Tickets Chennai central (mas) to (sa) Salem on 31/jully/2019 while but the payment gateways said payment failed the reason is "Amount Not Received from the bank" but my account has been debited in 490.98 rupees.So kindly give to my amount to my account and grant my request within a day.do the needful ur best support.

I Know only my irctc transaction details without bank statement.i've mentioned my transaction details as below, I Could not share my bank details with you.

I have submitted my daughter school fees (SMC, ALLAHABAD), payment id[protected] of Rs 11523.60 on 09/07/2019 but still reflect on school portal Un-Paid.
Kindly look into the matter and shortout the problem .
