[Resolved]  PayUMoney — tracking order

I ordered jbl bluetooth speaker using payumoney from ezeebazar online store, after completed placing order my money was deducting from my bank account after that i try to to track the product and i'm unable to track it so please if it isn't successful placing the order i would want my money to refund in my bank account or if the order is completely placing i would want a solution to track my order...

I am fraud victim with website https://theframedwall.com, And the payment gateway was payUmoney. So i dont know what shoud i do for money back. i am attaching the screenshot of that.

vide txn No. [protected] on[protected] towards the DRY FRUITS but till date neither the DRY FRUITS have been received nor any acknowledgement fro the suppliers.I have submitted the complaint on[protected] but it appears that you too have not taken any action and my complaint still remains unresolved. As such you are humbly requested to let me know the complete address of the suppliers along with the E-Mail address to enable me to take legal action Knowing very well that I shall have to bear the GREATER AMOUNT THAN Rs.897.00 but this kind of fraud of which PAYU TEAM is also a party is to be given a strongest reply.
To avoid this kind of escalation I once again request you to help me to sort the matter amicably

How do a customer get to know about refund transaction status? I have merchant transaction id and bank reference number provided by pepperfry. However i am unable to track refund status back to my source account.

There is no customer care number or email id of PayU to get more details..

I ordered shirts using payumoney after completing placing order my money was deducting from my account of amount 398rs via PAYU transaction ID [protected] with merchant name RAKESHBHAI SAVJIBHAI PARMAR after that i try to track the product and i'm unable to track it so please if it isn't successful placing the order i would want my money to refund in my bank account or if the order is completed i want my order..ill give proof of details in the below picture
