[Resolved]  PayUMoney — transaction dropped, but refund not initiated

Hi,

I have done transaction of rs.100 in easycommute with gateway is payu on 16/11/2018.
Transaction id: p1811162002080133773984) of ₹ 100 with payu.
Trasaction failed but 100 not refunded to my bank account.
I tried to contact easycommute but they are also saying that transaction is failed and they are saying automatically reverted in the same payment mode, it din not happened.
And i did not find contact info of payu.
Please help to resolve the issue

I got mail from payU, Mentioned below. But money not refunded yet. Actually I did transaction from phonepe. And I requested multiple times regarding this through mails, But i did not get any response from you.

Hi,

I have done payment through PhonePe app. As phone pay is mentioned that, they are saying transaction is successful. I have shared the screenshot. You are saying that money not received by payU, Where money is gone. Could you please update same info to phonePe, SO that they will refund the amount

I need one confirmation from you.
I have done 2 transactions through payUMoney on 16 Nov 2018. From my PhonePe account money debited for 2 transactions, And phonePe mentioned that Money transferred to payU in both the transactions.

1st orderID:- [protected] (Failed) (Rs. 100)
2nd orderID:- [protected] (Successful) (Rs. 100)

Your TXN id 220751806 has been refunded via ARN 834309082626 from our end. Banks generally take 3-5 working days (Excluding Sat, Sun & bank holiday) to refund the amount. Please contact them for further assistance in this regards.

I have cancelled train ticket on 09/12/2018, irctc website showing my Amount is refunded in payumoney bank with refund id [protected] and [protected]. Both ticket refund amount is not credited in my bank account till 17/12/2018. Please sort out my problem as soon as possible.

Tickets cancelled but not refunded yet.
..On 29nov18 I booked 2 tickets FROM NZM TO VSKP SAMTA EXPRESS, PNR NO_[protected]. AMOUNT rs.4110.
But cancelled the ticket ... Irctc refunded the amount to pay u money with refunded I'd [protected]. but after 6 days duration the money not refunded to my bank.. account.
