[Resolved] PayUMoney — transaction id 19959131 refund | |||||
I Karuna Khobragade did transaction for Reliance Energy electricity bill account no.[protected] on Reliance Energy app. through PayUMoney on 10/7/18 but I received email that transaction has failed having ID 19959131 but my money got deducted from my visa card. From that day I am sending email to [protected]@payumoney.com I got reply that money will be deposited in 3 to 5 working days. But 6 days have passed and money is not yet deposited and I am getting calls from Reliance Energy for nonpayment as payment is overdue otherwise they will interrupt electricity.
