[Resolved] PayUMoney — transaction successful but merchant didn't get credited amount | |||||
I have made a payment to Apeejay School, Mahavir Marg-Jalandhar on 09 Jan.2018 of INR.13163.60 through Net Banking portal of my SBI account. PayUMoney trans. ID:[protected]. SBI debit ref. [protected]IGACRQQJH4 Both SBI account statement and PAyUMoney received SMS shows that the amount is credited and payment transaction was successful. Still the amount is not transferred to Apeejay School payment portal and is showing as outstanding/not paid. So, PayUMoney, kindly credit the amount either to Apeejay School (Merchant) payment portal or credit it back to my SBI account no. Was this information helpful? | |||||

• PayU Transaction ID, Merchant ID and Bank reference number.
• Scan copy of bank statement indicating the debit for the required transaction.
• Transaction date along with the amount.
• Email id or phone number used for processing the transaction.
• First 6 and last 4 digits of your card.
• UPI / VPA if any used
