[Resolved]  PayUMoney — useless fraud payment gateway

We purchased api for 70k+ to do the automation transaction for our travel agency. But every time the transaction amount is not settled to my customer. When we raise a request no response from the support team. They are keeping the money and everytime they are processing manually for more than after 30 days. This is stupid service and doesn't have a support team to respond to our queries.

Once they get the payment, they don't care about customers. They don't care about this useless freaking stupid system.

I have booked my Darshan ticket by them. But after 1 week past also I haven't received any ticket, neither anyone is picking the call. I paid 1600 INR. I want my money back.
