Payunow — amount not settled but they saying amount settled to bank account

Hi everyone,

My mid is 6327202.
Money not settled to my account as of now where the transaction happened on 28-feb.
I got mail and message saying settlement done with ut but the same is not reflected in my bank account. When i tried to check with customer care on mail.
They are saying the same is settled but i have produced them bank statement but till now no response i have raised multiple request but will get auto response but no response from them.
