Payunow — refund related issue | |||
Sir, i have paid 1000/-to payunow merchant id-6396860 on 6th november 2018 through ola money, but they said that the amount has not setteled on ur bank account on payunow. So they initiate a refund on 12th nov 2018. Still i have not received my refund or any other assistance from payunow. I have contacted payunow customercare through mail more than 3 times, but they didnot give any response. Kindly help me. My contact no is-[protected] Was this information helpful? | |||

My marchant id-6397786, payment id[protected],[protected],[protected] these payment show refund sucessful but i did not get any money.. But in that status show refund sucessful.they mail me on [protected]@payunow.com and call me [protected].wrost service then giving us.. Not only me thousand many people suffering same problem .
