I have made transaction from customer credit card Rs. 24, 800 on 2-Apr-2019. The amount will transferred in 72 hours is shown. After the two day, my money is on hold is shown. He asking Receipt documents, I have also replied, i have no documents, so please refund the money to the customer credit card. No response from PayUnow customer care center.
