Hello there
Im the one of payunow merchant they are not settling my payment into bank either they are also not giving any response on email/twitter also not giving there contact number the matter is they have not settled my since 7 days either they re not giving any solution please help out to get my payment

I have made transaction from customer credit card Rs. 24, 800 on 2-Apr-2019. The amount will transferred in 72 hours is shown. After the two day, my money is on hold is shown. He asking Receipt documents, I have also replied, i have no documents, so please refund the money to the customer credit card. No response from PayUnow customer care center. Kindly check and do the needful. Here the details below mentioned:

Money not settled to my account as of now where the transaction happened on 28-feb.
I got mail and message saying settlement done with ut but the same is not reflected in my bank account. When i tried to check with customer care on mail.
They are saying the same is settled but i have produced them bank statement but till now no response i have raised multiple request but...

It showed payment deposit on hold for 5 days then i contacted to care. They call me and say your settlement will be released soon. After sometime i got a mail that says that your hold payment has been released. But just 1 payment shows that the deposit is in progress, but in the next morning it shows payment deposit cancelled for both...

Sir, i have paid 1000/-to payunow merchant id-6396860 on 6th november 2018 through ola money, but they said that the amount has not setteled on ur bank account on payunow. So they initiate a refund on 12th nov 2018. Still i have not received my refund or any other assistance from payunow. I have contacted payunow customercare through mail more than 3 times, but they didnot give any response. Kindly help me. My contact no is-[protected]...
