Today 20-aug-2018, i paid 699 rs regarding the premium account through debit card via paytm. Afterwards when i saw the complaint against payzox then i thought that is this company fake. There were so many persons who lost there money due to this company. And as there was statement that after the paying of money after 2-3 hours your account will be added to premium account but after 5-6 hours also nothing happened. So i request you to please activate it otherwise action should be taken against this so that no one will suffer like this more.

There is a online payed survey named as payzox they charged 699 inr on paytm because paytm is there official payment partner. on behalf of the misrepresented terms and conditions.
The company doesn't address the issue.
So I want legally my issue will be seen.
Please help me.

Description of incident: they say on website that they will transfer money to account when the amount reaches 50 but even after adding all necessary information they instead ask for money to register as "premium account". Bank details and phone number now might be used for unscrupulous activities. Do not use them at all anyone.
Desirable resolution: they should change details on their website to make sure they are not showing wrong information and delete my personal details from their all databases and send me an email saying they are not using it now or ever.

Myself champak das vill - no.2 dighirpar, canning, westbengal. After completion of 6 task i tranferred rs.699 to payzox through my paytm and sent 3 to 4 emails, yesterday. Today i register my account on this and earned 58rs. I was trying to withdrawal it, i asked to take premium membership of 699rs. I paid 699rs but due to some reasons i was not able to take screenshot of payment and i have also mailed you but there is no response from your side. I have started to beleive that this site is fraud. So, kindly update my account to premium or give me my money back.

I want to file complaint against online surveys website called www.payzox.com. its online surveys website. After successfully login into website they will give free trial surveys. After complision of trial surveys they told me to upgrade your account into premium account for earning more money. So, i updated trial account into premium account by paying rs.699/- by paytm. After 11hr they will not upgrade my account into premium account. Now, i realized this is fake website. So, i want to take action against this website. Please do something regarding this i want my money back as soon as possible

Today i registered with surveypay and did 6 initial surveys for which my account showed a balance of 58rs. As i tried to withdraw this sum i was asked to become a premium member before i can make a withdrawal. I paid 699 on paytm in payzox account as directed by the site. However till this point of time my membership hasn't been upgraded. I tried to contact the site by mail however there is no response. I thing i have been cheated by payzone. I want my hard earned money to be refunded

Yesterday i took 6 trail survey through https://surveypay.in. for that i earned 58rs. To transfer that amount to our bank account they made a mandatory field to upgrade into premium account.. Account fee rs 699. So i did, i transfered through paytm wallet no. [protected]. They noted as after completing the transaction sent a screenshort of successfull transaction and within 2-3 hours our account will upgrade to premium. And i recived a mail regarding any issues about account contact [protected]@payzox.com. But i haven't get any reply from them. Then i came to know they have cheated. This is a fraud site. So please help to refund the amount.

Today I took 6 small surveys be surveypay and earned 58Rs .when i tried to withdraw they asked me to pay 699 to upgrade to premium.i made the payment through paytm to payzox however no upgradation also I sent them a mail regarding the issue but no response.i have been cheated.please help

Yeh 2 no website 1 hi hai aap es website main login Mar kajiye Yeh 2 no website fake hai 1st wah log aapako 6 survey dete hai usase aapake 6 survey ke 58.3 paise dete hai phir aap ko bolenge 699 rs deke aap premium account bana sakte hai...or aap premium ke chakkar main paytm se account bana lete ho 699 rs pay karte hai or 2 din main aapaka account premium ho jata hai phir o log aapako verification keliye aapaka aadhar card pan card passbook or passport size ka photo bangava te matlab upload karne keliye bolte hai wah documents upload nahi hote or plz meri aapase binati hai aap aapani documents upload mat kijiye o log aapako fasake aapake paise bank se bhi nikal lege

Aise fake website se bachana bina info ke konasi bhi website pe sign up mat hona

Aap Sab pic dekho...Koi query hogi to mail kijiye

I paid an amount of rs 699 via paytm. Account has been upgraded. But i can take further surveys only after uploading my identity documents like pancard, aadhar card and bank account statement. But i am unable to upload anything becoz its showing error everytime.
So i want my money refund...

I signed up since 2 week ago the site tell me to upgrade my account to priemium account and they call me to deposite 699/-rs i deposite it. And the site tell me that we inform uh when ur.. Account is upgrade but they did nt infom me nd now i opened my account and the site told me to submit my documents nd now when i submit my documents then they didn't recive my document please make sure and inform me why this happen... I paid an amount of 699 through ptm, but my account was not upgraded to premium account. Inspite of repeated emails to them, there is no communication from their side. I am sure and beleive that this is a fraudulent firm and i want my money back. And take legal action against them and request to block the website so that more persons could not fall prey.

Website payzox looks genuine but no response
I registered on the website www.payzox.com for online surveys which claims for providing paytm transfer or bank transfer for filling the surveys & providing our opinions.

So i purchased their premium benefit by paying around ₹699 via paytm transfer & after that my account is not converted for premium account & there is no reply on the email [protected]@payzox.com inspite of frequent emails from my end to them.

It looks like i am cheated & it looks like fake website as there is no response from them.

Two weeks before on internet searching i found payzox paid surveys and registered and to do with trail surveys after that it shows upgrade premium account so you have to pursue paid 699 and then start earning daily. Those information i believe and paid 699 after that there is no upgrade of account and didn't get work now it's show upload documents i need my money back

I have registered on payzox few days and then i completed all the trial surveys as given then after the trail was over the site says that upgrade to premium account for more surveys which costs 699 rupees and i paid that too even then payzox has not completely upgrade my account to the premium account and from the last few days its showing that please wait till our confirmation will be sent on your email id but i have not recieved even a single reply from the payzox company yet.

This is a Scam Site. In FAQ they have mentioned free joining completed surveys after attaining 50/- we can withdraw money. While withdrawing it asks to upgrade to premium. So its totally we are getting fooled and they have not even described any contact no to discuss further details. Hope don't waste ur precious time like i did

I joined the payzox and did sample studies and earned some 58rs. Then they said to upgrade to withdraw and i did through paytm with 699rs. Thereafter no clear response and nothing has happened till now. I can cancel membership but that is probably what they want me to do. I wish to complaint against this website for fraud as online reviews suggest it to be a one month old website and not a long term one and many have been duped.

Still google showing is a payzox.com website is a no.1 best paid survey site in india on google search. But is is wrong. If well google also why supporting payzox i don't no. I joined in payzox on 12th and completed surveys. After that i got Rs.58/- on surveys to redeem asked Rs. 699/- for premium accountant though Paytm. Paid my self but no response. There are not mentioned any e-mail address and toll free or any contact number. We can know simply it is fake or genuine. I don't have any tention for my money. If possible get back. But if we not proccess for blocking that mail, more chance to caged so many people by the payzox.com company. First block the webmail address. And also got a call from the following number [protected]. They are also asking bank card details to do online robber for more amount from us. becare. yours sridhar.i

I'm also one of them who has paid the amount of Rs 699 to upgrade the account into premium account but nothing happened even after 7-8 days. When I first saw this website it looks totally genuine and legal that's the reason I tried it but such a frawd is this company. Now I want my money to be refunded or my account to be upgraded.
